V Alba R (Rubert R x Pit I)

The beautiful V Alba R has all the genetic characteristics to breed top showjumpers. This very interestingly bred stallion is the only son of the international top stallion Rubert R.

V Alba R attracted all the attention at the stallion approval of Studbook Zangersheide 2007. This beautiful son of the international top stallion Rubert R showed all the good qualities that are needed to become a real topper at the inspection when ridden under the saddle.

Sire Rubert R was ridden by Peter Charles at the highest level of international show jumping. Rubert R has only a small number of offspring, but they were among the top placings of the KWPN inspections, free-jumping competitions and tests under saddle.

V Alba R comes from one of Holstein's best jumping strains, namely 104 a. Dam's sire Pit I passes on the sophistication of showjumping horse sire Pilot, followed by the Holstein stallions Lord and Moltke I.

From the well-known Holsteiner line 104 a come, among others, the stallions S Alba R, Corland and Celano, known in the Netherlands. Other well-known stallions from this line are Acoretto, Aktion Hero, Caballo, Caretano Z, Chico`s Boy, Contendro I and II, Leuthen I and II, Capitano and Carneval. At least 40 approved stallions have emerged from this line.

V Alba R is competed in showjumping by Ben Schröder. He jumps with a lot of power, has a good technique over a fence and an excellent use of the hindquarters. He also possesses an easy elevated balanced canter leaving him a very easy horse to ride.
